Reproductive, Maternal, and Quarter Life Therapy

Supporting Clients in DC, MD, VA & SC

Welcome to TogetherWell

We are so glad you’re here! We know that recognizing the desire or need for support from a mental health professional can take a lot of courage, especially at times when you might already be feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or even hopeless. We are here so that you don’t have to navigate these challenges on your own.

TogetherWell, is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based mental health care services for those who are navigating the unique challenges of the reproductive, maternal and quarterlife period.  All of our clinicians have advanced training and expertise in perinatal (prenatal, postpartum and maternal) mental health issues — to include infertility, pregnancy loss, and traumatic birth experiences.

In addition to reproductive work, Joanna Strait supports quarter life clients (those in their 20s and 30s) who are navigating challenges related to life transitions, identity, relationships, and career stress. She also provides clinical supervision for other therapists who are newer to the perinatal mental health field.

At TogetherWell, we strongly believe in partnering with clients, so that we can help them to identify and explore unresolved emotional patterns and needs, and open opportunities for healing, connection, fulfillment and joy.

Warmly,
