The quarter life period (from your early 20’s to late 30’s) is a time in which you might be reflecting on life experiences and also trying to move towards an envisioned future- questioning direction related to your education, career, relationships, or purpose. Many of us find this period daunting and challenging – in that, you are not alone.

Quarter life challenges can include:

  • Dissatisfaction with your job or relationships
  • Excessive worry, anxiety, or panic attacks
  • Depression, low mood, and/or chronic disappointment
  • Feeling a lack of direction or purpose
