No matter what challenges you are facing, you are not alone. Participating in group therapy can help to validate your struggles, build trust and connection, promote healing, and develop helpful coping strategies.

Prenatal & Postpartum Stress Support Group

FREE *Online* weekly support group for pregnant and postpartum women (or partners) through The Breastfeeding Center of Great Washington. Whether you are breastfeeding or not, the group focuses on providing a safe and judgement free space where participants can learn from each other, develop wellness strategies, and feel supported by the community. Babies are more than welcome to attend!

Location: Virtual, The Breastfeeding Center DC, 1020 19th Street NW
Dates: Every Other Thursday, 1:30pm-2:30pm
Registration and one-time $25 fee encouraged but not required!

Infertility Support

The process of getting and staying pregnant can be difficult. It’s a time that can be a roller coaster of hope, excitement, frustration, exhaustion, and emotional and physical pain. This group is a place to meet others who are on that roller coaster and have a therapist provide education and skills for finding support at a time when you might feel your most depleted.

Time: 4 – 5:15 pm
